I was really disappointed with this tour. The guide came across as rude, which ruined the experience for me. I also expected clearer instructions throughout the tour, since it wasn’t always obvious where we were supposed to go or what was happening next.

I was hesitant going in because I always worry about getting fooled by good reviews or fancy descriptions, that’s kind of how I felt after. It just seemed too expensive for what I actually got. The service was fine, but nothing special or memorable. For the price, I expected a lot more, so I don’t think I’d book again.

I wasn’t really expecting much, but the boat was actually clean and comfortable. The seats looked well kept, the bathrooms were easy enough to find, and the snack bar came in handy. There was also enough space to walk around, which I appreciated more than I thought I would. Nothing fancy, but it made the trip feel easy overall.

I had a good time with Island Queen, mostly because the staff gave off a good vibe right away. I’m one of those people who makes quick little judgments based on how things feel at the start, and the crew passed that test fast. They answered questions without making anyone feel silly and helped people get settled without a lot of fuss.

The only thing that kept it from being a full 5 stars was boarding. It felt a little slow and kind of packed for a bit, so my brain immediately went, “Okay, this might be annoying.” But the crew stayed friendly and calm the whole time, which made a big difference. I’d definitely go again.

The boat was just... really packed. Like more crowded than I expected, and the seating situation felt kind of all over the place. We ended up standing for a good chunk of the trip, which, I mean, wasn’t the end of the world, but it definitely made the experience less fun than I was hoping for.

Booking went through just fine, but the page did take a minute to load. if a company is taking people’s money online, the least they can do is make the process quick and smooth. Still, it worked in the end.

the boat ride itself was fine, but we ended up leaving later than they told us. everyone was kind of just standing around waiting, and there wasn’t really much of an update from the staff. it made our plans afterward feel rushed. not the worst experience, but definitely annoying.

Overall, the trip was fine, but yeah, the boat itself was kind of just average in terms of cleanliness. The seats had some dirt on them, and a few spots looked like they could’ve used a better wipe down. The bathrooms weren’t awful or anything, but they didn’t feel super fresh either. The staff seemed nice, and the ride was okay, but for the price, I was expecting the boat to feel a bit cleaner.

I was hoping the views would be a lot more impressive, but they felt a bit underwhelming. Maybe I built it up too much in my head, or maybe I just caught it at the wrong time, but it wasn’t as scenic as I expected.

Great location, super easy to find and get to.
